How do you feel now?
I was groggy this morning. From 11 on I’ve felt like usual, I’m paranoid etc. I did get out of the house for an hour with my peer support specialist but we went to a place with very few people. She helped keep me focused on our conversation instead of doom and gloom and panic. I’m not tired or spacey. I’ve already adjusted to it. But it didn’t stop my phone or computer from being tapped or men following me. It also hasn’t stopped me from seeing my “imaginary” friends.
