This may be TMI my breast are larger and heavier. I read Zyprexa can cause this.
Anyone had a similar side effect? Did you doctor say it was dangerous? I have an appointment tomorrow but I thought feedback from here could give me some good questions to ask.
Some meds cause that, I got nice A cups
So it’s safe? I’m not hating this side effect and my husband seems happy 
Don’t know much about how safe it is, but it is common with ap’s
Vraylar did that to me. I hate it. They are too noticeable. Even if I lost weight it would probably be the last place to shrink.
I developped considerable breasts, and I am a male, on all aps I tried, least was Abilify. I am now on Risperdal which is known to increase prolactin which causes breasts and milk secretion even in males. At least I didn’t lactate.
Yes, man with tibbies now, can confirm that ap’s cause growth/enlargement of the boobular area.
This is not fair. Since when do us men hear of some side effect causing our penises getting bigger. LOL
i think zyprexa is one of the lesser likely ones to increase prolactin which cause breast growth, it can cause weight gain tho which in some people is more noticeable in that area
ive never heard that it was unsafe or anybody complain about it being usafe who got them. Pretty common to get the boobs from medication though.

My whole life I’ve been taking meds without any major side effects now I take one that gets me fatter grows me boobs and shrinks my penis which is obv the biggest part like what doesn’t the meds side effects now have
I think I lactated on Risperdal years ago but it was very minor.
I haven’t lactated since.

I had this with my zyprexa too, yeap… I put weight, but i put weight on my boobs too… I had a b cup before the meds, now i have a D one…

I am really watching what I eat and exercising. I’m hoping to avoid too much weight gain. So, at the moment it’s just the boobs.
Yeap, but i wasnt aware in the start of the zyprexa, that its a very fattening med… 
Plus, i am very isolated and inactive and i dont move much since 15 years which is the cause of my gain weight… I put 30 kilos with the zyprexa, but i was eating a lot in the start…
But you know, since two months, i reduced my eating and i lost 8 kilos even while on zyprexa so its possible, hon. Also, movement is very important…
Yeah, in general my morphology is not to have big boobs, but the zyprexa affects us hormonally too… I have problems even having my periods now :/…
I read about the periods too. I have an appointment today. The only thing that worries me is lower estrogen production because if the med.
I’ve been making myself walk/jog and do yoga 5 days a week. Not both together but one or the other each day.

I told you, i just ate with no limits in the start of the zyprexa… But it has some side effects yeap… Me, i cant change it, cause i go crazier on the other aps and i tried all the 11 of them here on my market of my country … Me, i had no periods for 3 years, but recently they came back, strange… I also gained some facial white hair on my chin, which is a bit yayk… But i have friends on zyprexa and they didnt have this…
