I changed my mind again. He called the ambulance and my brother has been having dizzy spells. Usually he calls them last resort. So I have decided NOT to book ANY holiday with him until he sorts out his health.

He needs to quit drinking every single day. As bad as this sounds I don’t have any sympathy because he doesn’t care , if I tell him to cut the drinking he tells me I’m mental crap

I hate to say this but he needs to hit rock bottom all on his own.
Then maybe he’ll decide to get some help.
In the meantime if it gives you some peace of mind then continue to keep your distance from him.
