I am feeling a bit down - My father went to the cemetery and bought our plots, mine included.
I have been feeling sad/depressed and got a bit delusional - Thought a lot about death and what happens to us after death.
For a little while I had this delusion of me already being dead - I thought I had died already and maybe I was a ghost or spirit.
I sometimes get a bit psychotic/delusional when I am either down or manic - Man what a very sad day

Flustered. Did too many things on my trip to get sweet potatoes and better. Past my medicine time.

frustrated. I bought more cigs today and now I have $8 dollars for food. I am hoping my mom and Angie will help somehow when her tax refund gets here. keeping my fingers crossed.
Largely content, though with a nagging feeling of disappointment and bitterness that I know I failed my first exam.
depressed…disappointed …anxious…flighty…tired.
4 hours ago i was a bit down, now i am decently hyped. lots of creative ideas running through my head. played the guitar, jotted down some art ideas, and now some paperwork and then later the gym.
and the cycle continues…

Quite good. I am drinking coffee and reading this forum. It is nice combination. 
Almost empty… flat and neutral. 
jittery - can’t sleep. Maybe it’s the cottage cheese I just ate.

2 hours after this energy levels were way down. So I drank a coffee and went to the gym. Feeling good again.

Feeling flat & confused
splat! like a raindrop that hit the floor and crowned out and up but frozen. i saw it in an ad once…it was multicoloured and sort of beautiful but not …don’t know how else to explain it but “splat!!!”
