You tried Chai?

I’ve fallen out of the habit of having coffee and replaced it with chai… Another habit to kick

Do you mean chai as in tea or masala chai as in spiced tea?

I drink this stuff from time to time. Not sure if it’s considered quality or not

I bought some awhile back and it was delicious, but it turned out not to be gluten free and brought me out in itchy rashes.

Pity though because it sure was tasty.!

Know where i can get some gluten free stuff?

I LOVE chai (spiced tea)!!! Bummer is I can’t have dairy anymore :frowning:
But I can still have the black chai tea bags in water (without milk) and that’s really good too

My mum still uses Pg tips and just doesn’t use a kettle with it

Should be okay to have chai without needing to kick the habit because the caffeine is a healthy dose isn’t it?

I found some gluten free chai tea. on ebay:

I was just thinking that I coould use masala chai tea as a seasoning to savoury dishes.

I have to have low salt and gluten free diet, so could easily make a paste with it. All other ones contain gluten and loads of salt, so i may fry up some potatoes, onions and peppers and use the masala chai as a seaoning.

What do you think? @Ish

This looks good and has a lot of ingredients. My mum’s chai is very simple though just ginger, Pg tips and milk. Sometimes she does add tea masala but for everyday tea it’s just ginger and sometimes cardamom.
