that sounds healthy. I on the other hand just went out to get butter pecan ice cream. This is definitely not on my diet lol. Should have got the tea!

Celestial seasonings makes great teas. I like sleepytime and tension tamer. Chamomile is also good
I usually make a cup of regular black tea and add a few shakes of cinnamon to it.
Tastes great and it’s good for you.

I am not keen on tea but I do like Darjeeling tea (it’s in Bengal )

Yogi tea is beautiful.
It is more expensive than just black tea but it’s gorgeous.
Chai tea is lovely too I think.

Its popular all over the world …!!! Darjeeling used to be nepali teriotarry before sugauli treaty … still there are a lot of nepali people living there.
