I'm Having a Delicious Cup of Bengal Spice Tea...Join Me?

Bengal Spice tea from Celestial Seasonings is the most delicious tea I have ever tasted. Hands down. It is a caffeine free, herbal tea with cinnamon, roasted chickory, roasted carob, natural spice and vanilla flavors with other natural flavors, ginger, cardamom, black pepper, cloves, and nutmeg. It has no sugar and no calories and does not need any. It tastes sweet without any sugar or artificial sweeteners. The more bags you use per cup, the better it tastes. I use 3 bags per two cup mug. Yummy, yum, yum!!! Try it! You’ll love it!!!
It’s kinda hard to find in grocery stores. I find it at Walmart, but, I order mine online.

Celestial seasonings makes great teas. I like sleepytime and tension tamer. Chamomile is also good

I usually make a cup of regular black tea and add a few shakes of cinnamon to it.
Tastes great and it’s good for you.

I am not keen on tea but I do like Darjeeling tea (it’s in Bengal )

It sounds (reads):blush:similar to yogi tea.

Yogi tea is beautiful.
It is more expensive than just black tea but it’s gorgeous.

Chai tea is lovely too I think.
