Yoga has been helpful on so many levels-- specifically the quieting of the mind. As you practice poses, you concentrate on what your body is doing and everything else becomes secondary. Depending on which type you practice, it can be relaxing or provide a decent workout.

I will attest to yoga helping me in a few ways, be it mentally meditative, calming, quieting, but also physically, tone, stretches, strength.
I should get back into it.
