I just realized how highly psychotic I was for the last couple years.
If you can silence yourself in your mind you can begin to feel the voices behind you back there. If you can start to control and manipulate what they say you can then choose to shut them off. I’ve done it a few times in the last few days. At least with my voices. Unfortunately I have like 5 going at once. So it’s pretty futile. Fun to do though. Took to be able to go silent. After that it was kind of an accident to stop my first voice. I was rationalizing it’s not real and it’s all in my head while lying in mental silence. To feel the chaos of my subconscious mind. Then I became one of the voices that was rattling on and then I just shut it off.
Living with psychosis sucks but when you manage to have even the slightest control over it feels pretty rewarding it.
Yeah perhaps that is what this life is for.

you know I always like to add a little something to these conversations.
I am gong to pick this category.
Many years ago only a certain number of human souls were allowed to become something here on earth and able to reincarnate. All the other souls here on earth were not allowed to become something again and should have become something inside themselves to become nothing. Human souls found the strength to fight this effect of becoming nothing and became something outside themselves to find those that were able to reincarnate. The problem is these souls became something inside the souls mind or people inside of people so to speak. The astral is the souls mind and the place these souls found to become something in. Another race of beings also found this world and saw what the human souls were doing and decided to make a few changes to this. The twelve as I call them brought angels from all over the worlds to earth and infected their minds with other souls that could control these angels. The infested angels are the things that land on your heads and enter into your ethereal body or souls mind. They needed the angels to allow them to become you inside of your souls mind and then to later become themselves here using your ability to become something or to reincarnate. They become ourselves inside ourselves as many have noticed in their dreams. The you inside of you is the same as the soul( it is you but the you inside of you) they are connected so anything that version of you feels you also in this world will feel. In order to explain this I am using the holo deck analogy from star trek to explain this effect. The holo deck is the minds mind the souls mind and the angel is the program that generates all the astral images we see in astral projections. The thing is that even when we no longer see the images the holo deck is not shutting off and all these interactions are still occurring. They will keep coming every time you meditate if they can find your mind till they no longer can find your mind.

yes to that, It took me a long time to figure out the voices are all just me. and that my brain is just relaying my subconscious back to me in a really odd way in the form of voices.
