Wow, no privacy

I just googled myself. My address, phone number, email address, prior addresses, family members and associates all came up. It’s a stalkers paradise out on the web, anyone can find out where you live.

I googled myself and the only thing that came up was linkedin profile. Your sensitive info must of been entered in on some public sites.

Actually its a lesson for you to keep your info more private where you can. Lots of people dont use general privacy guidelines on the internet.

There are too many people with the same name for me to come up.

I googled myself and found race records from 2011 when I was 13 and ran my first half marathon

@77nick77 This is unfortunately quite common these days. The data from all those data breaches we constantly hear about on the news ends up for sale on the dark web and then resurfaces on many other sites. At this point, folks should probably just assume that their personal data is out there for anyone to see.

Ha ha! I googled myself and discovered somebody with the same name on the other side of the country who is, apparently, much more successful than i am. So if someone wants to steal my identity, they’d be much smarter to go after this person who actually HAS money and status to steal.

If someone wants to come to my house and steal my ice cream they can try.

People should know me first before searching me. So no worries for me :slightly_smiling_face:

I have pretty much cleansed the internet as best as I can

There are software companies about that will get it all removed for a fee

Can take a long time to sort out unfortunately
