I would rather have bipolar, really hate thr negatives of sz
I have both. Sza. Neither are fun.
Both are tough to have.
I think bipolar is easier to manage, so bipolar.
Bipolar is no easier to manage.
I’m sza, so, I have both.
You can have negative like symptoms with bipolar. Just talk to @Wave about it.
I was in Independent Scholars for awhile,
group meetings, and any time you want to talk about it,
you get,
Mental illness doesn’t exist.
like it’s up for discussion against, take your smarts,
and live a real life!
I don’t get you @Daze .
I would rather have Bipolar as it seems to be more socially acceptable than Schizophrenia.
they alienated 3 people in that group,
not sure the stats, but seemed about right, who gets the diagnosis.
I’ve watched people being totally ostracized who only have bipolar.
Sorry, I still don’t understand.
Here in Oz Bipolar is more understood and those suffering from this affliction are more accepted. (Well it appears so on paper) I personally do not know of any Bipolar sufferers other than those I met in hospital.
Mood disorders feels terrible. I think
I have both and the damage that bipolar has done to my life far outweighs the damage that the sz has done. I’m very destructive when I’m manic. And depression is the worst thing ever.
Well, here in the U S, we are flooded with AP med TV advertising which paints bipolar in a very bad light. And that affects peoples perception of the illness and greatly contributes to the stigma.
We don’t have that type of advertising here @SkinnyMe thankfully. Here, if you mention Schizophrenia you are automatically an axe murderer - not so with Bipolar, you are just moody.
I’d hate to have the mood swings which come with bipolar, being completely unreasonable, and unrelenting. I prefer sz.
I was diagnosed with schizoaffective disorder bipolar type and I’d rather have neither.
Thers no meds for sz negative symptoms but there is meds for all types of bipolar, depressive and manic. I would rather have bipolar than sz but I think having sza sucks even more.
I never understood bipolar, like how you can be low or high
