Schizophrenia or Bi Polar?
I wouldnt want either but unfortunately i have both… i feel the Sz part is worse
What do you think???

I had bipolar and bipolar only from 15 to 30. You get sad, but it’s a quiet, calm, nobody is in the room but you and you KNOW it (it was such a heavenly feeling) type of sad.
When it became Sza things went from a 3/10 on a scale from suffering to like a 9 or 10. It’s so much worse than bipolar was. This is my experience, others may have a different one.

I kinda left that post on a sad note, I didn’t mean to. I’m sure I’ll learn to manage this as well as I did my bipolar, once I find the right meds. My bipolar changed to sza diagnosis only a few years ago so I haven’t found the cocktail I need quite yet.
Sz for sure. BP for me is more cut and dry than Sz. I can handle BP much better.

Bipolar is worse cause of the depression. Sz get depressed too but we can overcome it easier.
