I have been to both…tired of the beach…lived on the panhandle coast for a couple times…give me the mountains…beach or mountains?

I once went to the beach but was to scared of the things I couldn’t see in the water so I didn’t even get in. Mountains plzz

We have no mountains. The highest mountain of my whole country, is a few hundred meters high. So the beach it will be. :woman_shrugging:

I do prefer mountains. I’d love to show kid the mountains too…maybe Switzerland. But I need to save money. And be healthier. And more fit.

Mountains! I love the mountains. Lots of trees, squirrels, chipmunks, birds, butterflies, moths, rivers, creeks, waterfalls, rocks, etc… And the mountains smell so wonderful!

I live in New Mexico. Where I live we can see the mountains and sometimes at night it’s all lit up at the top. Very most likely military bases, there are tons down here where I live.

So i’d have to say the beach lol

Mountain with lake .

I miss good lakes.

I live close to the beach but never go.
Maybe “they” said I’m not allowed to or maybe I felt uncomfortable vibes or unwelcome to br me there.

There are surely beaches in existence where I could love it and be myself and feel happy and well and relaxed.
But I’m stuck here for now.

I live two hours from the beach and one hour from the mountains. I choose mountains. Tomorrow I am going to the lake which has a nice beach for swimming.

I’d prefer mountains…less likely to get sunburned, there’s no jellyfish waiting to sting you, and there’s no sand getting in your shorts chafing your nuts!

Beach - after landlocked for a decade.

Also makes me feel like I’m on the edge of the world.

In front the vast endless ocean, behind me the world we all live in.
