I’m not sure if it would affect anything if it didn’t exist. I suppose you could argue things would be better, I can’t imagine them being any worse.
There’s a lot of lonely people without sexual partners out there (myself included), so I don’t think there’s anything inherently wrong with it. What’s wrong with it IMHO is that a part of the internet’s porn that sexualizes things that are degrading or humiliating to a human being. Not all porn does this, some of it is just sex.
So yeah it would help if we could eliminate the humiliating or degrading porn sites, and leave the ones that are just straight up sex between two partners.

Its definitely those dark places on the net that have degrading sexual acts etc…

Yes. Porn is a creation of oversexed men. It was a terrible creation. It had a terrible effect on women and our relationships with men. Men need to chill out and think about sex less. Especially on these meds, I have little to no interest and can’t relate.

Hope my partner does not watch it.
He said he has not watched it since he met me which is what I wanted to hear or that he never has watched it.
Some of my voices I had were moaning females and sex talk and sex sounds.
It agonised me to hear the sex sounds of the voices and it was not the neighbors this was 24/7 moaning and the sex talk was if woman I knew.

Yes and no.
Yes because a lot of porn is unrealistic and degrading, and has a snowball effect. If someone watches a kind of porn long enough, that kind will not be enough eventually, and they need to escalate it. They might also lose the ability to tell fantasy from reality.
BUT.
porn also helps people live out their fantasies without trying them on real people. As long as the actors are consenting adults, I don’t think it’s an entirely bad idea.
If people don’t find a healthy release for their fantasies, they might try to act on them in unhealthy ways, or develop complexes

He also has pictures of Angelina Jolie on the walls.
I’m ok with that but wonder how he would like it if I had pictures of men up on the walls.

I saw a woman on the internet whose husband was addicted to porn, and it made her feel terrible. I think that if I was married I would quit viewing porn, but I don’t think it does any harm for me to watch it occassionally.
It’s like asking would the world be better without prostitution. When it comes to sex, these two things will never disappear. Wanting to see naked people is natural. It’s like anything else; it’s good in moderation.

I don’t really watch it but I did when I was younger. I can’t master bate any more because of paranoia. Thankfully I can still have sex with a women; that is when I don’t have erectile dysfunction.
When I was about 19 some 38 year old lady gave me a phone number to call to see about making some.
Never did that. Not something you want your family to see but plenty of people do it.
I see watching porn in the same way I see watching sports… Both sex and sports are a lot of fun to actually do yourself, but mostly boring for me to watch others doing it. And the porn they have these days? It’s pretty sick, to be honest. No interest in the kind of crap where one partner is degrading the other.

I was in a relationship where the boy admitted he was watching porn. It’s damaging to a relationship. I questioned why I wasn’t enough for him. I questioned why he could treat women he didn’t know that way. I questioned if he compared me to them. And I questioned why he didn’t spend his better on something more useful and productive.
