Everybody got sexual likes and dislikes as fetish.
The world would be worse as we wouldn’t have information about sexual desires. Some got to see it to believe it, some could read up about it. Maybe the caveman draw sexual images on the wall.

I think this world would be better if people were less closed minded. Not like you have to accept things of that nature… But what if women were told by their husbands what their men really preferred full desclosure without being shamed for it or made to feel ashamed.
I like dominatrix.
