He told me today that he wants to commit suicide by slitting his wrist and he’s really depressed.
He shows a lot of bipolar-like symptoms that looks very similar to when I’m having mania, and he’s telling me about explosive anger that he can’t control.
I’m worried that he’s going to get schizophrenia like me. I just hope that he doesn’t have to struggle with what I’m going through.
i think your brother may well need a psych hospital stay…would he be up for it?
I would tell his parents about it.
Is he young?
Like karl said, psychiatric hospital should help him, I tried suicide and went to mental hospital for help, then I was diagnosed with schizophrenia.
@karl Yeah I think a psych ward stay might benefit him, but he’s in a crucial time right now and my mom doesn’t want him admitted.
@Aziz He’s 20 years old. He hasn’t done anything bad to himself, so we’re watching him to make sure that he doesn’t fall into suicidal tendencies or mania.
