It’s very good news ! Amisulpride is the second best antipsychotic after Clozapine for managing symptoms.
We have it in my country, France. We can take it between 400mg and 800mg a day.
This new version has a better brain penetrability which could limit the peripheral side effects. The dosage with LB-102 is between 50 and 100mg in the studies.

A variation called Sulpiride is often prescribed in Russia to “activate” a depressed patient who seems to lack energy, but my psychiatrist friend who adheres to evidence-based medicine says that in depressed patients, Sulpiride’s side effects outweigh the possible benefits. For instance, a patient’s lactate may go quite high on Sulpiride
