I hope this med gets approved. If it is going to be good as amisulpride but without the elevated prolactin side effect it is going to be a game changer.

I see that amisulpride is widely available and used outside of the US, but unavailable here. Does anyone here know why?

It amisulpride never went through clinical trials in USA. By the time it was generic, it was too late to justify the expense.
