How was your appointment today @Winterblues?
Can’t complain. No change in medication. Pdoc is really nice
Sorry that was a short answer. I didn’t have my tea so I’m just waking up.
She calmed my anxieties with medication. Ex: me falling over and getting dizzy is because meds change your body temp (you can over heat fast).
I’m getting blood work done Monday for Depakote, and she said I was on a low dose. Usually it’s how much you weigh and add a 0.
She doesn’t want my shot to change from monthly since she just prescribed the fluphenazine.
She said shes still trying to tackle thoughts that aren’t real with my meds.
Klonopin does give you memory loss but what I’m experiencing isn’t from the Klonopin it’s sz.
If I can think of anything else. I’ll let you know. But she was a wealth of information and had an answer to all my questions!
That’s sounds like a great appointment @Winterblues!
That is a VERY productive appointment, @Winterblues! She’s sounds helpful, attentive, and caring!
Hey @winterblues I saw your post about the tea idk if it works with your meds or not but there’s a chance its similar to dandelion. I haven’t looked too much into it but it looks like a strong diuretic (similar to coffee). My guess isit makes you feel more alert in the short term and more “determined” I guess in the longterm
thanks @anon92887483, I didn’t take my meds last night. Today, just feel really nauseous, and dizzy. worse hangover feeling than drinking alcohol. probably won’t be taking it again.
oh really? i hope youre feeling well now. may have just dehydrated you especially if you are in a warm country
I’m feeling better, just really tired its the afternoon and I just woke up. My meds are back on schedule. Just really sedated and want to sleep all day
I have just the opposite effect with invega even that I only sleep like 5-6 hours with clonazepam.
My mood is getting better now with prozac
I slept like almost 14hrs last night, but Im on a med that helps me fall asleep and stay asleep. Without it, I would get 6 hours of sleep like you. Plus i messed up my meds yeasterday and took them 14 hrs apart not 24hrs
What med is it and is it easy to wake up with alarm? I’d like to sleep little longer like 8-9 hours.
I have to cut my clonazepam in half and take another half at night to get back sleep to get that 6+ hours
Fluphenazine (prolixin) 10mg and cogentin- knocks you right out. When I take it, like 10mins later my hands start getting dry, my mind and body slows down and I go right to bed.
Yeah I needed an alarm Saturday, and I woke right up. Got 7hrs of sleep, got ready for the day, had a coffee energy drink.
I usually sleep like 10 hrs now
