The immediate threat has passed, but we’re not finished with this LNU Complex fire, it’s only 27% contained.
Got a call from my mom at 4AM saying she’s on her way to my house because she’s been evacuated from her house. The fire was headed down the hill towards her neighborhood.

I’m more worried about the drifting ashes settling on my roof than the actual fire.
It’s burned close to 1000 structures so far.
The smoke is still thick outside today.

We have smoke and ash in Sacramento. Today is a little less smoky. A few days ago the ash was falling on everything.
