I wish it was more commonly known as a neurological illness, the entire CNS. Instead of solely psychiatric

I think the whole, mind separated from matter perspective isn’t properly educated to people because they often take the extreme that exercise and self healing is good enough and that schizophrenia is just emotions.

Edit:. Also, the fac tthat 66% would be okay living next to someone with depression says a lot

When I lose touch with what they call reality,

I go to a place that is just as real —
just as detailed —
but differently.
It has meaning, pattern, and feeling.
It’s not confusion.
Only when it overlaps with this reality.
It’s another system.
