Do you prefer studying in the library or at home? I can’t focus in the library. This is not hallucinations but I keep giving attention to noises. When someone drop a pen or bag really loud …something like that. Should I be habituated? I’m obesessed with them. It has been quite long. I screwed up my exam today because of noises. Is it because I prefered to study only at a quiet place? Really stressful.

try and not focus on random noises if you can, stay focused on what you are doing, its easy to get distracted
