Most psychotic people hear voices. I don’t know if you do.

My doctor uses ICD, it’s the standardized system here.

You are not ruining your life. It’s just an illness.

I don’t so I’m not psychotic ?

I don’t hear voices, I have psychosis.

That’s good, you’re not. Psychosis is usually just a set of symptoms. The most important is hearing voices. I had tremendous anxiety when I was young. Since you don’t think you do, I wouldn’t let anyone stop you about what you really want to do. The worst thing that can happen is failure, but it’s better than regret.

Psychosis is more than hearing voices or seeing things. It can also be irrational beliefs that have no basis in reality. That last one should be very familiar to you.

Devra says I’m not psychotic though?

Well, it’s good that you are getting medical advice from Internet strangers who are likely mentally ill themselves instead of getting it from much more dodgy sources like actual doctors.

i don’t know who should i trust

You’re kidding, right? Doctors. Trust them. Medical schools are good at filtering out morons and jerks for the most part.

doctors just keep saying i have psychosis despite no real symptomd

When that happens it’s a good indication you lack insight into your illness and can’t recognize the symptoms you are experiencing, but they are obvious to others.

Straight from google:

“Anosognosia is a neurological condition in which the patient is unaware of their neurological deficit or psychiatric condition.”

I don’t think I have that because I’m aware something is wrong with me but it’s not psychosis necessarily

Sure. One week you’re going on and on about how you’re paranoid, then you make threads like this. It’s a little exhausting trying to keep up. I’m just calling a spade a spade – you severely lack insight.
