Why do people

in my country think that:

  • Schizophrenics are dangerous
  • They should be locked up
  • Stay home for the rest of their lives
  • Stay in psych wards
  • Die
  • Not deserving of love

It’s not like we wanted to be sz. It’s an illness, after all.

I’m getting tired of trying to educate myself on the spectrum of psychosis because I keep reading comments like this in my language, especially when I’m hearing continually voices telling me that I am not deserving of love and I am a murderer.

Sounds like ignorance. Luckily in the US mental health awareness is a big thing. Everyone knows someone that has some kind of mental health issue.

Here the majority does not even know what schizophrenia is
I informed my manager and he knows that I hallucinate, because I explained to him what it is.
And he used the same thing to report to my HR.
My father thinks I have depression from the start
The majority is not aware.
I feel it’s the best.
Ignorance is a bliss.
But if I don’t learn it, it’s dangerous.

“The person, to be understood, is one self.”

Wow I just googled and there is a saying that “Know Thyself”

Lao Tzu was right when he said, “He who knows others is wise; he who knows himself is enlightened.” Pythagoras also said, “No man is free who cannot command himself.”

I have no excuses. I did get violent once and I did steal once. I can only beg to be forgiven.

People lie about me all the time, and accuse me of things other people do. They just want people to seem crazy and can’t admit a lot of liars can cause it.
