I have potatoes, tomatoes, garlic, onion, many kinds of peppers, cucumber, and I might buy some chicken meat.
What should I do?
The chicken meat is optional as I’m low on cash

I’d sauté the onion, garlic, potatoes and peppers. You could add salt, Black pepper, and rosemary if you have it. Also, it would taste great if you have a little Parmesan cheese sprinkled on it
I have some pork meat wich I might use (forget the chicken meat) and white cheese.
What should I do with them?
When I make pork chops, I use this recipe: https://lilluna.com/parmesan-crusted-pork-chops-2/.
You can sub your white cheese for the Parmesan. Just place the cheese on top instead of in the bread crumbs. Do you have bread? If so today 2 pieces and crumble them up do you have bread crumbs for the recipe
I would make a salad with the tomatoes, onions, peppes and cucumbers.
Then I’d make mashed potatoes, and possibly fry the meat.
@Pikasaur @LilyoftheValley what if I carv the potatoes and put everything inside then bake?
I’m sure it would taste good
That sounds nice. You could add cheese to make it extra good
slice the potatoes, tomatoes, onions, garlic and peppers thin, sprinkle with salt and pepper and layer them in a casserole dish and bake them for about an hour or until the potatoes are tender and you have a one pot, vegetarian dish that will keep you fed for days. It would be even better if you had some zucchini squash to go with it too. Add cheese about half way through the cooking time if you want.
You can put salt, pepper and garlic on your pork and broil it until nice and brown on both sides and serve with the potato dish if you are wanting some meat to go with.
The one on the left
I pick the one on the left
Thank you all @LilyoftheValley @Pikasaur @Leaf
I put it in the oven, will post pics
Here’s a potato, I didn’t do many just for me and my mother.
The cheese didn’t melted
Looks great!
Sounds like the ingredients for a good pot of chili especially if you can add beans. I love vegetarian chili!
