I never got the chance to live with any of my folks, I left home at the age of 13, and never returned. all my days was rising my kids and putting up with two X’s. now alone. I still call on my folks from time to time. but never live with them.

I’m 26 and still live with parents. It is actually pretty common in the bay area because housing prices are out of affordability for most. I only know a handful of people growing up who live on their own. Many of them had to move away to afford. It still does kinda hurt though that I don’t have a career set up and I’m still in school. Doesn’t help that computer science is a difficult degree and can challenge even the brightest. I often wonder I have what it takes to complete the degree.
I used to, I did not mind, but would also like to live by myself too.
I use to enjoy living by myself however things have changed & can no longer afford to, so I rent a room in my moms/stepdads house now.
