Many athletes have not yet arrived and so in the Opening ceremony we do not see all people who will compete during the games.

I’m watching the Olympics opening ceremony on nbc and first I get no audio and now the audio is in Spanish (not Portuguese), yet the commercials are all in English. 
Good thing I took Spanish in highschool and college.
After watching most of the opening ceremony in español, it finally occurred to me to check the audio settings. I toggled it back to inglés.

Yeah, my weird little dog watched with rapt attention. She is an avid TV watcher which would be ok except that she likes to bark and jump up and down when she sees something she likes on TV. She’s like the doggie equivalent of that annoying person that talks throughout the show so you can’t hear what’s going on.
She is now sitting on my lap and watching Jimmy Kimmel. I don’t have the heart to tell her it’s a rerun.
