Awww man, having trouble sleeping is the worst. Have you ever tried warm milk? Apparently it makes a lot of people sleepy, plus it’s supposed to kill off a caffeine high.
I’m doing good though bud. Just kinda wish I would’ve taken my night meds earlier tonight, but I was watching a show on Shudder.

Yeah, I feel them a little bit. I think Loxapine might be a slow release med. I just took them about 40 to 50 minutes ago.
I’ve gone on a shopping spree tonight. Mainly supplements and essential oils.
If I ever were to go manic it would be BAD for my bank account 
I really love online shopping. It’s very convenient and there’s always a better selection of products online. Especially movies!

I’m diagnosed sz. Never had an official mania.
But I’ve had people on this forum telling me I’m manic (exercising at 3 am and so on). I just think that I get energy bursts. Where do you draw the line?
Yeah, I personally don’t think you get mania. I hear mania is like a crazy euphoric God like feeling.
I was rediagnosed as sza but honestly I think I’m more just regular sz.
It’s 12:09 am where I am. I just crawled out of bed. These nights alone and on my computer are what I live for.

I’m still up as well, been trying to sleep off and on but , despite being tired for hours, cant seem to sleep.
It was an expensive night for me. I shopped for 300€.
