i saw my pdoc yesterday, it went ok, he had a student with him and i was saying i am a bit overwhelmed atm, it was good he said i still have a severe and enduring mental illness but i challenged him more on his re-diagnosis of me, it was ok though,

Too much stress and anxiety can change your brain chemistry so yes.

its a hard question, on meds i can just about deal with my anxiety but off meds i cannot function, it has been so long since i’ve been off meds i cant remember
