I have so much to say about men and women. There is one female in my life who evolved as “unforgettable”. She doesn’t feel the same way about me, but I still want to celebrate that I identify beauty. Maybe this anonymous venue is the perfect place.

Not being able to forget, doesn’t serve me. But people shy away from discussing certain topics. And perhaps that’s why I couldn’t heal. But I find in the MeToo era, all this stuff as challenging. I like being a man, and I have a lot of thoughts to explore.
Women are no different from men.
I know some may be very beautiful, and that can be confusing, but we’re really just humans, don’t put us on a pedestal.

Your comments sort of close the conversation. You can’t deny there are different gender roles when it comes to our “mating rituals”. And I think it inspires a lot of thought…

Sure, there are different roles, and the physique is obviously different.
But personality wise, women aren’t different.
A lot of men seem to think women are mysterious creatures who are impossible to talk to like a normal person, and they get starstruck.
That’s wrong. talk to us like you’d talk to a male friend. We’re not that different.

I think the different roles in men and women getting together is important. Thanks for humoring that aspect of what I was saying. I think I have constructive things to say… but I’m not 100 percent. Either way I woke up this morning itching to make a facebook post! This thread saved me from myself in all likelihood…
Everybody doesn’t think like that though.
You kept it light with your original post. And I agree with you wholeheartedly. Talking about the current events seems like a challenge… and that’s what gets me. It doesn’t run too much deeper than that.
