Thought Broadcasting - is usually cos your bloody paranoid. And a lack of self-esteem.

Its not like that, because radio and television waves are in binary lenguage. eg only 0 and 1. If you have to write any letters it should be in arrangment of 0 and 1.

Its true. Some years ago i felt like the news in TV and radio were referring to me, (my thoughts). It is very difficult. But now its already reduced and goan.
For example, once I was viewing a medical program. And when I said that, let start to sexual remidies to tv, with in few seconds sexual remidies content were started on TV.

My thought broadcasting was reduced when I switched to perphenazine. So I’d say it was med change. Also changed a lot of habits when I changed med so maybe some of that but when I double my meds it’s even better at reducing it. So mainly meds for me. Maybe some lifestyle change. I have also been keeping regular hours.
I agree with @Speedy. I don’t think you can “beat” mind reading or anything else with sz/sza. Symptoms can only be controlled with meds.
Despite what all normal people think, thought broadcasting is never fun. @Davincii
