Which top 5 things would you like to improve in your life?

We all have things that we do that we could improve on or there is some things that is not going our way, so my Question to you is …can you name at least 5 top things that you would like to improve on in your life?

It can be anything from sport, diet, can be work, education, getting out of bed earlier, learning music, there are lots and lots of different things you can choose from., can be less than or more than 5 top things so dont worry as it’s just a guide.

my top 5 things are

  1. I’d like to get a job as a project worker or peer support worker.
  2. I’d like to meet a partner and settle down and have kids and move into a bigger house.
  3. I am always trying to improve my radio show so i would like to improve this and create a nice ident.
  4. i want to improve my music making skills and creative endeavours including Guitar, Push2 Ableton 11, song writing, singing, keyboard.
  5. i would like to cook a bit better but i hate it :frowning: it is an area that i completely fail on and that even includes shopping habits :frowning: i am terrible at this so i would really like to improve this area and save money on food in the process .

Can you think of some things you’d like to improve on?

I like your topics. Honestly almost everything is tied to my sz negative symptoms.

1- I want a job I like
2- Exercise at gym or outside
3- Lose 150lb
4- Make more friends and maybe have a gf again
5- Buy a house and a car. My current car is shared with my father and its too old, 2008

I cook easy stuff like pasta, grilling meat on the bbq, make pudding, etc

What do you find hard in cooking?

thanks aziz, i jsut hate doing it, i really don’t like food all that much :frowning:

Although i did have the best sandwhich i have ever had today as part of an excellent meal deal (sorry if its like i am contradicting myself here lol) it was a bacon & Brie sweet chilli sandwhich. i got that with a Costa Coffee and a packet of Doritos for £3.50 (best deal ever)

Most of the time if i am making a meal it is very simple like pasta and a sauce with mince or something but i do that very rarely these days, i have just lost all confidence in my ability to cook now :frowning:

I would like to exercise a bit more…already exercising but not much.
I lost my weight, so I would just like tone.
my artistic ability as a painter.
be able to eat better, more money actually.
see my family and friends more.

I want to do pump twice a week and Eva exercise once a week.

I want to be 57 kg in a healthy way and fit into clothes again.

I want to be and feel more connected to nature like trees and stuff and good feelings in nature and maybe walk in nature sometimes and maybe get into gardening.

I want to have forever relationships with my closest loved ones.

I want to be more spiritual.
I did a meditation class with jun and he felt he might be good for me.
I don’t want to be religious but I do want to be spiritual and pray and meditate and positive things.
I will perhaps listen to Louise hay and jun.
See what else comes along.

Simply Money. Not lots. Just enough where when dad goes I don’t have to try and live in public housing with the incredibly long waiting lists etc. and to live as large and fun as I can.

Everything else is solid. I live a rich and realized life and enjoy it even with my serious problems with concentration and such. So…

I come to the point where i think i am enough. Of course there is always room for improvement, but i enjoy my life as it is. I try to maintain this life by doing light exercise, moderate diet, hygiene etc… I like spending time thinking a lot, but nope, i am enough.

  1. Lose weight
  2. Lower my BMI
  3. Fit into my old clothes
  4. Remove my sagging & extra skin from being obese
  5. Try to look like my younger self some 15-20 years ago
  1. Get a job that I like to do.
  2. Lose weight.
  3. Get a Razer Blade Advanced Model laptop.
  4. Get a girlfriend and to some bases with her.
  5. Get interested in one video game for a long time instead of trying multiple single player games.
  1. Win the lottery, lol
  2. Have a nice little cottage with garden
  3. Go back to uni to study medicine
  4. Get better mentally
  5. Get a new car or fix the one i already have

Good idea, if you are good with your family definitely, i am a very family orientated person as well.

Another couple of things i’d like to improve on

  • I’d like to improve my health as i get frequent bouts of fatigue and my eyes are always really sensitive and panic feelings.
  • I’d like to improve my photography skills and maybe get a better camera and possibly a drone in the future.
  • I’d like to improve my video editing skills and make special videos to accompany my radio shows.
  • I’d like a better car that is cheaper to run possibly a plug-in hybrid car.

I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed atm tbh so i might have to cut back on some things, i may be taking on too much, my friend says we should only ever have 7 things in our head each time or we forget things.

Made a fairly useless comment then tried to delete it. Can’t. Edited instead.

  1. Find out if my suppressed memories are real.

  2. Find out if some of my hallucinations are real.

  3. Have someone to talk to.

  4. Have my ‘care team’ stop stalking me.

  5. Have a family that cares.
