I purchased some sarcosine (amino acid) and it has been three weeks now at 4g 2 x day and I am definantly becoming more clear headed (less delusional) and very much more motivated which in my case because of a bad back problem I am easily discouraged from doing anything already. I really enjoy getting any work done at all rather then just vegetating most of the day. I also have noticed a sharp decline in feelings of well being while being out of my balance of Omega 3,6 and 9 essential fatty acids.
