Tell me please what worked for you on this?
Me, I try lithium now as you know. My ex doc was saying that ill always suffer because of the negatives, but I really want this to stop. I cant accept that ill suffer forever, no!!!.. My current doc tries something at least…

I have bad negatives too Anna, I take an ad and that stops me feeling too depressed, but I try to live with a low mood as best I can.
Some people have gotten help from taking sarcosine, although I’ve never tried it myself, and people react differently to it, it might be worth trying it to see if it helps you.
Also I’ve heard there are new drugs coming out in the near future which can help with negatives, it will be interesting to see if they work.
But yeah living with sz isn’t easy, sending my best wishes.

Nothing seems to help my negatives except my own determination not to go more than one week without showering and changing my clothes. That’s an innate thing. My depression is eliminated with the drug, Celexa 20 mg once a day.
