Where do black holes lead to?

Black holes are fascinating. Some believe they are wormholes so you can travel in time or be in another hidden and opposite universe.

I don’t think they lead anywhere since they would likely destroy anything passing through them.

There are many throries as scientists already know that black holes eventually die releasing everything absorbed and that Einstein said that information and matter can only be modified, not destroyed. In the article they say if you survive inside the black hole and then get released you would travel in time or be another version of yourself in a parallel universe. Of course nothing is proven yet.

The next black hole is 55 miilion lightyears away from earth. The speed of light is 186000 km/s or 300000 km/s. I am really not too much worried what the black hole does.

I was just reading the article you linked to. I find it interesting but as you said nothing is proven it is just theoretical physics.

Even though matter can by modified and not destroyed, even being modified a little bit by a black hole will kill you which is as good as being destroyed as far as humans are concerned.

I watched too much Marvel movies recently lol In the movies black holes are wormholes where you go faster than light inside then come out in another parallel universe lol

I think like according to the movie, to pass through a black hole or a wormhole your spaceship needs to go faster than light which is currently impossible. Though we already have hypersonic aircrafts that go faster than sound. Maybe in the future!!

I think the movie is pulling a fast one on the audience making it seem a gret technological advancement that is not yet possible would make it possible, but my understanding is a black hole is a super-massive-ultra dense point in space. We see the entrance, and it is only speculated about that it has an exit, but it is also possible it has no exit which accounts for the tremendous mass and gravity.

I read they think black holes may be wormholes responsible for quantum entanglement

Reconciling general relativity with quantum mechanics in to a theory of quantum gravity is a big goal in physics.

ER=EPR (and no P doesn’t equal 1) has been proposed.
