Where are the people who want to change the world?

Yeah, but unfortunately it was much more about fashion in the 60’s, such as, everyone is doing it, come on be a flower child, peace and love and everything, wear the bell bottoms, smoke the pot.

Today, many more are trying to survive or consider the American Dream as something worth shooting for, so many more are getting left behind in the tech age.

I don’t know, I think that you need to just make change where you are.

I tried doing that in my low income housing. I organized things for the kids, I befriended the parents, you know, just lend a helping hand. This was long before DHS starting coming down on parents who let kids roam free.

It’s just entertaining to consider.

I’ll probably start writing about it.

Ha, do it, Bryan. Once you see it, you know, like on the page, you can make it work.

good post, thanks for it.

I definitely remember things used to be different when I was young. I used to cycle to school back when I was seven, go play all over he neighbourhood with other kids, many people would have a chord you could pull inside their letter box which would open their door, and it would be very normal to go and visit other people’s homes at all kinds of times. It was a kind of social neighbourhood where people would help bring up other people’s kids, share food in the evening, cook for each other, things like that.

Maybe it was an exceptional neighbourhood but I’ve not encountered anything like that recently.

That’s easier said than done. Many people who tried to change the world caused a catastrophe, like Hitler, Mao-tse-tung, and Joseph Stalin.
