When you're higher intelligence and have read every book, including the classics

do you take b.s. from people?

I’m not having a rough day, is that a criticism? I’m all about big talk.

No it’s not a criticism. Maybe i read you wrong. Glad you’re okay.

no, I read novels, and all the best. If it’s not the best, I won’t touch it.

You might end up learning something

I bought that book and have read parts of it but didn’t enjoy it too much. What did you think of it?

Well, this is not a popular opinion but you hear people say, “I don’t take no sh*t from no one”. Well, I have to sometimes.

I got a lot of ■■■■ in high school because i read Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein 6 times, also love crime and punishment. I’ve read three john Steinbeck novels east of Eden, of mice and men and grapes of wrath. I use to love to read.

Is it humanly possible to have read every book ; even if you are of a higher intelligence !?

This will give an idea of how many books you could read per year. I read faster than 77% of people.

I guess I meant every book that matters

I loved when Unusual Beliefs was all deep random discussions

I guess everybody is afraid to do it now

I know we have smart people on here

You can’t have deep discussions that encourage delusional thinking.

Genius and delusional is a slippery slope

What’s the sense of having beliefs?

I think The Collected Schizophrenias is a very well written book. Some of it was a little triggering to me. But overall I had a neat experience with reading it. :+1:

I enjoy reading books about schizophrenia. It wasn’t my favorite though. I appreciate Elyn Saks’ book more.

Intelligence can be a pendulum depending on the topics discussed. This Skunk loves the classics though.
