I am now in a moment listening very beautiful music
I start my day with tea and cigarettes and after a while I start to listen to music,
Drinking coffee and eating oatmeal. Than take the dog out for a walk.
I have cuddles in the bed with my dog (she sleeps on my bed) then I go and drink some coffee and then take her out for a morning walk.
Coffee and cigarettes, there’s no other way.
My waking up process is a problem. On days when I have something scheduled I get up, shower, then lay back down using every possible minute for sleep. On days when I don’t have something scheduled, I sleep 13 hours and then must get up at noon for something. It’s been this way for 9 months.
When I don’t have anything planned, it can take me hours to get out of bed and be coherent long enough to not fall asleep again.
I usually start my morning by vaping, then I go to the bathroom and brush my teeth and use the toilet, then I take my my meds, then I get dressed and go vape again.
I usually get up, throw on my clothes from yesterday and go to the kitchen for coffee. After i have my coffee i go to my room where i pray and write my daily blog post. After that i read the other blogs i am following and listen to music. That’s my routine.
first things first… a smoothie and then some meat of some kind. then on to guitar practice for a little bit, I like to play in the morning it wakes me up and gets me going, followed by a lifting session. then lunch.
usually i’ll wait til its warm and dry before I go outside and garden or do yard work. my day is pretty much over by 6pm. im thinking I may try to go to bed earlier so I can wake up at 6am without a alarm clock.
usually when I try to get to bed early I just lay in bed for hours trying to fall asleep.
Drink coffee or tea, depending what kind of flavor I want. I usually get the coffee if I’m looking for a bold taste, I mix a hazelnut creamer or butter pecan, no sugar, add a few ice cubes to cool it down. I usually drink tea if I want something more herbal and with antioxidants so I get a black tea bag and green tea bag, and put some filtered water in a cup, heat it up in the microwave. Mix in the same variety of coffee creamers and don’t add anything. Add more ice cubes than I do with the coffee cause tea taste better when it is chilled. Keep the tea bags in. Brush my teeth and use mouthwash, the anticavity mouthwash prevents my teeth from rotting away because these meds effect that. Take a multi vitamin. That’s what I do every morning, not just some days!
What meds are you on?
Pee. Cigarette. Coffee. Cuddle with bella and cleo. Take kids to school. Come home and lie down for awhile.
HI, zoa. I take Zyprexa (Olanzapine) 20 mg at night, Neurontin (Gabbapentin) 300 mg twice a day, and for the last month Remeron (Mirtazapine) 7.5 mg at night. I have been discussing my symptoms with a psychiatrist every 4 weeks for 9 months and he does not feel that the meds are causing the sleep problems. He is very worried I will relapse if he lowers either of the meds.
Feet hit the floor, I hear voices then start sniffing, etc, etc, ahem.
Water or cold tea or juice. Pray or go on Youtube. Get dressed clean car…
Sorry,but I thought you are on clozapine.You look healthy.I slept 13 hours on clozapine.Now I’m on Risperdal 4 mg,and can’t sleep at all.It messes with my daily activities.
I go to an early morning church class called seminary. Then I take a shower, and then I eat breakfast.
What you do there.Is it like learning religious matter.
