It is. A lot more spacious too! I was telling some friends about how happy I am because of the move. Feels great for my dad to have his own room. No more battles for the living room

I’m worried about the lady upstairs. She’s an older lady that seems like she might be a complainer and she sleeps early too. The next door neighbor is cool. She’s got a baby and he cries sometimes which is fine by me. It reduces the chances of noise complaints from her heh.the neighboring wall to my room leads to the bathroom of the other side so that’s good too. Mainly it is the upstairs neighbor I’m worried might complain about my video games at night. Hopefully she does not.
