I mean I love my children. I would die for them. It would just be nice for someone to actually ask how I am for a change.

When we become moms we lose our own individual identity in the eyes of others - just my opinion.

That’s good. I hope you can find the right mixture of meds. You seem to be feeling down a lot lately. You have two special needs kids that add to the stress. Be easy on yourself and find time to do something just for you. It’s very healing. I know.
I’m alright. I was able to see my extended family today so that’s a huge plus.

When our kids came all people did was ask hows Julie and the kids. I was working 80 hours a week, I felt like an employee to my wife and she treated me such. Nobody ask how I was doing and slowly I fell into psychosis. Then it all ended.
