Do your voices become more active? It happens to me all the time when I’m alone I accidentally speak out loud to my voices
My voices usually get better when I am alone. When I am with people they get a lot worse.
It’s been a long time since I’ve heard non stop voices but, yes, they were there mostly because I was alone.

Happens to me when I’m alone too. I hate being alone, but I always end up secluding myself from the world somehow.
In public i think people are the voices it gets hard to tell the difference but when im alone they seem to get at me more and have a better chance of tricking me so not necessarily worse themselves but the reactions i have and feelings i get are harder to distract myself from.
When I am completely alone, I am happy.

Things get bad for me when I am alone for too long. I need human interaction even though I am not social at all. Go figure.
I don’t have voices per se and I talk out loud a bit. These days it’s negative thought streams. I just say aloud negative things about myself. It’s a system of thought and it’s not uncommon.
