Today I joked a bit with my help. Friday I had a real big laugh with kiddo. Can’t remember about what. But we always joke together. He is twelve, and his humour is more adult-like now. He often teases me.
I have been anxious and depressed quite a bit the last month. But there is humour and laughs still, too. It helps.

About a week ago, week and a half. We werecoming back from a trip to PA (jist over the NY border to shop) and omg. My husband and our boys were just so funny.
I cannot share,because it was all so inappropriate. But I can say my kids will have interesting storiesfor their future therapist

we laugh a lot over here…we have little quotes we love from our favorite comedians that we say and then play out the quotes…mostly it’s my wife, she is hilarious…I’m a crack up too, but she makes me laugh.

I don’t laugh often unfortunately and when I do it’s usually just a quickie.
It was ages ago I had a “laugh attack “ where you can’t stop laughing and you laugh for ages.
