This is how I feel when I sleep too much

I sleep 10 to 12 hours a day
Too much sleep makes me feel “bad,” like a form of suffering. After getting up, all I want to do is get back in bed and sleep some more. With this negative feeling I still have no solution. I can overcome the suffering after about 2 or more hours of doing something with my day. I guess I am not completely hopeless.

I feel like soo much time goes by… And all I’m doing is sleeping lol…
I don’t want to sleep too much, it makes me depressed.
