Like my fingers twitching, my husband calls me out on it. Just now, he was like what are you doing?! I’m like nothing. He said you’re doing this with your fingers. As usual, I told him I didn’t realize I was doing it. It bothers me to get called out on it because it’s something I can’t help.

Same. I wave my hand over my head without knowing endlessly until I’m told I’m doing it.

People always ask if I’m cold or okay because I shake so much but it’s just tremors + TD.

I’m so sorry…I bounce my legs…and stand from one foot to the other back and forth so it looks like I’m rocking sideways…embarrassing. I know.

@Mars is your TD permanent? There’s 2 new drugs on the market for it called Ingrezza and Austedo. But they’re expensive in the US if that’s where you are and I don’t know if you can get it covered by insurance. But it’s worth looking into.
