Do you hear songs or rhythms in your head?
That happens to me everytime I’m near a clock. The hospital had a ticking clock. It drove me crazy.
I remember standing outside having a cig and the birds were like “take your pill” over and over. That’s when i stopped taking my meds for about 6 months.
I also started hearing people chanting when i would run the water/have a shower.
Not sure about ticking clocks, i usually take the batteries out because they get annoying.
I hear songs when the heater is running and/or the washing machine is on. Sometimes it’s choir-like. I’m glad I’m not the only one.
I remember this one time when I was admitted, someone pulled some type of alarm which had a piercing sound to it. There was no cause for the alarm and no one knew what it was, but the sound was so bad and went on for so long. When it had finally stopped, everyone’s ears rang on and off for a couple of hours. Some of the patients went ballistic.
Yes. All the time.
I hate them
They make me feel like i can feel myself growing older . Hate hearing the seconds pass
Sorry why did i laugh at that. I have a really dark humour sometimes.
I love clocks. I look for them at antigue stores. I know what you mean about the ticking though.
I used to not be able to sleep without the sound of ticking clocks.
I sometimes hear rhythmical words or melodies now thougj
I just ignore them but the catch my attention. Put it out of the room you are in.
