What's your quirky thing few people know about?

I stick out my tongue when I cough.

Everyone that sees it thinks it’s funny and I find it extremely embarrassing,

But can’t control it.

Usually I cover my cough, of course, but those who know me well love to make fun of it.

Also I walk on my tippy toes in the mornings.

I have no idea why.

Just have since I was a kid.

My mom asked my why I did it once when I was little and I told her to stretch out my legs.

She seemed satisfied with the answer, but I totally made it up and that doesn’t make sense.

What is a weird quirky thing about you?

I’m obsessed with shoes. I’m sure you all know about my sneaker addiction though lol.

My elbows are double- and maybe tripled (?) jointed. You can put me in an arm bar, and i can spin my arm so that my fingers have done a 360. I can’t move, but it doesn’t hurt.

I fart and cough at the same time.

I indulge the kid in me. You know a blanket on the floor playing with Lego. I also have a stuffy Tiger I named Hobbes.

I bring in a can of soda or a glass of juice whenever I take a shower.

I never wash my feet. Ever. I don’t really wash my legs either except maybe the upper thighs. My feet never smell.

I do really good in job interviews. Once I’m hired I may barely talk to anyone on breaks and lunch but in the interview I usually ace it.

Hmm. . .

After My Walks To The Shop, Everytime I Return I End Up Singing Some Song.

It’s Sometimes The Last Song I Heard Before I Leave.

Which Is Weird Since As Soon As I Leave The Apartment The Song Vanishes.

Then As Soon As I Step Back Inside It Reappears.

Then!, It’s SHOWTIME (!!!).

I tweak my nose when I get excited.

I talk aloud to myself.

I sing along to the radio in my car even when I’m driving with my window open.

I wash my face and armpits, and count on the water to get the rest.
(And maybe the fun zone if I’m expecting suitors)

My unknown quirk is I have comfort words.
If I say or whisper them, they can change my mood for the better.
If I need to smile, it’s ‘skim beeble’, and if I want to feel relaxed it’s ‘cocoon’

Altso, I whistle a song when I shower. Same song every time.
When the song ends, the shower ends.

I organize my food. Like, eat things in a certain order or way. I will make piles of chips and fries while eating them.

I eat my food one thing at a time.

I don’t like to mix it up.

Also color code candies and the like.

Or organize chips by size.

I get it.

Good quirk!

My best friend as a child was also a mentally handicapped boy.

I called him “Bato” but that wasn’t his name.

Don’t know how I came up with that.

Despite his handicaps, he went on to school and became a successful drummer in an orchestra.

I wonder what Bobby is up too now a days. Last time I saw him we were 20 or so, he graduated high school, had a driver’s license, and seemed happy.

I’m happy for him, I hope he’s doing well.
