I’m scared of deep or murky water especially. Whenever you can’t see what’s around you, it’s a lot more terrifiying. I’m also afraid of the dark for this same reason.
Finally someone who understands why the Mariana Trench is a horrible place and should be filled in with concrete for everyone’s peace of mind.
Maybe it is connected with the fear of the unknown. The same reason that they put ‘Here there be dragons’ on old maps. Because there could be. You have no idea what could be down there. And stuff like giant squids which we know are down there are scary enough!
Yes, the idea of the creatures in the Mariana Trench terrifies me. I’m glad you agree.
Trees, Wind and Birds
The Rocky Mountains, 3 hours drive from me. Trying to convince Mrs. Pixel to move there, but she likes the (boring) prairies – she’s a farm kid.
I love spending time in the Redwoods. I feel so healthy there, like I can breath. It’s all the oxygen.
I’m in the UK though, the scariest thing in our water is probably a shopping trolley. If I’m outside the UK though I can’t even go into any water I can’t see the bottom of.
My favorite things in nature are probably the trees. I especially love trees when it is dark and snowing outside and all the trees are aglow and glistening with white crystals and everything is crystalline. Beautiful!
I’m fond of logic. Informationality too.
I like animals. That’s why I’m pissed my thread got closed . Maybe posting science is not always “trigger-free” but it’s part of life. If we avoid science we avoid progress imo.
Can I sink all the bad things in my life down there? Might be an idea
