What's the scariest thing you've ever experienced

If it’s traumaticor triggering don’t say it. Mine was all of my psychotic breaks hands down. I’ve had other scary things, paranormal experiences for example.

Hearing thousands of voices for an hour straight out of nowhere. Then when I got back to my room, knocks on the door, no one there, opera music playing. I haven’t had audio hallucinations much but the one time I had them REALLY bad was the scariest moment of my life…

So is the pastpast…

Donald Trump becoming one of the two possible people that will become President of the most powerful country in the world is one of the scariest things I’ve ever experienced.

I’ve had panic attacks while driving on freeways before and have almost caused a large wreck during rush hour for a personal experience that was scary. I would have never forgiven myself if someone would of been injured because of me.

It seems being in a car would trigger my panic attacks. Feeling like I’m gonna lose my mind completely from panic attacks riding back seat of the sober house van is up there. I still remember that night very clearly. I said “I think I need to raise my klonopin” and the house manager, she said “you don’t wanna go down that route”. And I started yelling at her. I raised my klonopin to 1.0 and haven’t raised it since btw. 2 years later.

full blown psychosis stuck in a delusion thinking i destoryed the world and was convinced i was in hell for it, looking out on tenerife airport, 2 weeks spent in febles campo

My psychotic break is number 2. The worst was when I was a kid.

My worst psychotic break was drug induced at a party and didn’t know anyone. I was acting and bein so insane. Didn’t have a clue . I thought it was a set up by cops and they were coming for me. I was hallucinating full people and talking to them . hearinf many voices. Shoving people who I thought were undercover cops. Almost jumped out of a driving car. The next day the TV was talking to me. I heard voices outside of my door all night and I couldn’t sleep for three days. Never mix Molly and meth if you have sz lol

When i heard whistling out tge window and noo e was there with the voices telling me they are there to get me

paranoia - it controls me.

Psychosis. I seriously thought the Devil was after me. I quit being religious after that episode. It was the scariest time in my life!

Psychosis. Apparently the things I can “create” are scarier than anything else in the world.

Oh and children, the thought of being a parent. Too scary for me to try! shudder

I get scared when I’m too long alone in the house …couldn’t image if I heard or saw something on top of it… You guys are the real life superheroes srsl.
My scariest moments include sleep paralysis, overdose and having a nightmare about luka’s death.

I have had several ‘real’ scary things happen in my life. I have been stalked, had my home broken into and been beaten. BUT my psychosis has also scared the sh** out of me. My last big psychotic break was on my Birthday. I tried to take my life. The people controlling my brain told me to. I thought I would die and come back merged with God. It’s horrifying and still scares me. Thank Goodness I didn’t overdose on more dangerous medication. Overdosing on anti psychotics and mood stabilizers will mess you up big time but won’t kill you. My own brain is scary. I’ve also had severe paranoia where I was convinced I was going to be sacrificed. It’s horrible to be that scared.

Smoking pot while quite psychotic. It took me to whole other level of craziness that I had never thought possible.
