Definitely not symptom-free. I’ve been in the hospital five times since my last break, three for being suicidal without any psychosis, one for suicidal and prodromal, and the last one was last June, prodromal again. I suppose I get myself to a hospital before things can spiral completely out of control. I’ve had a total of 10 psych stays in my lifetime. I’ve dealt primarily with depression, anxiety and mild psychotic symptoms in recent years. I did once have a period of three years of total absence of symptoms, 2005-2008. It was a great three years :grin:

March of 2015 when I got baker acted but I’ve been pretty close like mini episode close

I’m not. I’m just not psychotic enough to warrant a trip to the hospital.

December 2014. First and only psychotic break. Took about a year or two to recover mostly.

SZA and SZ depending on the doctor. Why do you ask? Of course my definition of psychotic break may be different than yours. Mine is where I had to be hospitalized due to the illness. Of course there was another time that may count but it wasn’t a psych ward. Also I’m very med compliant.

Only had one break. Everytime I have any symptoms i go up on my medication. I went through my psychosis at 19 and am now about to turn 23. So around 3 and a half years

I’m stable since 1989. Since then I’ve had a number of relapses while on meds but have always upped the dose within an hour of onset so the damage was minimal.

Longest I have gone is 18 months. I always end up non-compliant on my meds and it never ends well. I think I have learnt my lesson now not to come off them, but who knows what will happen.

In remission for a year plus and on meds currently. The longest I was in remission was 3.5 years without meds!
