I’m a paranoid schizophrenic. I’d be talking to my doctor about med changes because I know that those sorts of thoughts mean I’m very symptomatic.

it is obviously a delusion you should tell your pdoc about your thoughts. i have similar delusion that i am being followed and some people tracking me and i am spied on.it so annoying and i dont have a calm mind. i think i need electroconvulsive therapy to calm my mind and get rid of my delusions.

I had bad paranoia in the hospital many years ago, like sinister ■■■■ was going on. Never outside the hospital. My voices are louder in the hospital too. And I see a lot of stuff which I’m told is kinda rare. I’m glad I’m out.

I still think its like a social norms. Even the smallest part of town gets together and knows each other. They do like a once a year meeting or something. Ever since smartphones existed.
Truman delusion ir very common among sz. Sadly my tv show would be really boring and cancelled after 1st episode

For those of you wondering, I’m on three antipsychotics, including Clozapine, but, nonetheless, have had this delusion for probably most of the last 14 years.
