What were your "wins" for the day?

Lets start a positive topic, because I need cheering up. Lets share what positive things you experienced or accomplished today, aka your “wins” for the day.

My win for the day was finishing the work week and meeting my quota for once! Also hitting my 20 pound weight loss mark this week.

I have been skipping breakfast and eating less with protein shakes and bars. I have lost 15lb in 1 month.

I’ve also been losing weight. Eating more fresh produce instead of processed foods has helped with that.

I didn’t really do much today. Just the usual chores. But today is my boyfriend’s birthday and now that he’s off work we’re both celebrating that he’s made it though another year.

Congrats on the weight loss!! That’s a huge accomplishment.

My win for the day is… I guess ordering a Halloween costume. But I’m having doubts I ordered the right one lol.

I dropped another kilo.

Now I am 72 kilos. That’s a drop from 95 kilos since January.

Continued downward trend with weight loss. Survived a move with only a minimal bump in meds. Have added light calisthenics to my exercise regime and it hasn’t crippled me. Made Mrs. Squirrel happy tonight with having supper ready when she got home: bacon/turkey ciabatta bread paninis with roasted red pepper and Swiss cheese and a Caesar salad. Dessert was a fruit plate, crackers, applewood smoked cheddar, and white wine for her. I got a husband cookie.

That’s fantastic. I’d love to lose 20 pounds. I walked about a half hour, even though I didn’t feel like it. I did laundry.
